Welcome to MeetMeFit, a mobile app that helps users connect with workout partners based on shared goals, interests, and schedules.
By accessing or using MeetMeFit, you agree to the following Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, please do not use the app.1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use MeetMeFit. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.2. Account & User Conduct
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
Keep your login credentials secure.
Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or pose a risk to others.3. User Content
You may upload content including photos, a bio, fitness preferences, and messages.
By doing so, you grant MeetMeFit a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and transmit your content for the purpose of operating the app.
You agree not to upload or share:
Obscene, offensive, or discriminatory content
Inaccurate or misleading information
Content that infringes on intellectual property rights
We may remove or moderate content at our discretion.4. Safety Disclaimer
MeetMeFit facilitates connections between users for the purpose of exercising together. However, we do not conduct background checks and cannot guarantee the identity or intentions of any user.
By using the app, you agree that:
You are solely responsible for your safety when meeting or interacting with others.
You will take reasonable precautions (e.g., meeting in public places, informing others of your location).
You accept all risks involved in in-person meetups.5. Assumption of Risk
Use of MeetMeFit involves physical activity, which carries inherent risks. You agree that:
You are participating voluntarily and at your own risk.
MeetMeFit is not liable for any injury, loss, or damages that occur through use of the app or by meeting other users.6. Data & Privacy
We collect and store personal data such as:
Name, age, gender (optional), photos, fitness goals, preferences
Location data (to enable nearby matching)
Messaging and activity data

MeetMeFit uses third-party services including:
Firebase (authentication, database, storage)
Microsoft Clarity (analytics)
Google Ads (advertising, coming soon)
We are not responsible for any third-party content, data practices, or service disruptions.8. Modifications & Termination
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete accounts for:

Abusing the platform
